Message	You can adjust that via the gain and set gain when you hook up your profec 2. I dont know if you can adjust it on your MBC but on a EBC it has a setting to hold your wastegate wide open until a certain boost is reached before it starts to modulate or pulse it. If you set it too low then you get more lag to build your desired boost, but if you set it too high then it wont close the WG quickly enough making it spike (and then fall off to the correct value). So it sounds like your controller is actually set to 12psi but you are spiking to 15. I'm sorry I dont know about your other questions.
